Lonnie's Carpet Max

We had all of our floors done with Lonnie's including tile and carpet. From the time we talked to a salesperson to the completion of the project, we were continually impressed with the work and the employees. The tilework was evenly spaced and done exceptionally well. Our house has many odd corners and a fireplace in the center of the floor so laying the carpet was a difficult task. They handled it exceptionally well and it looks beautiful! They even helped us with a few minor issues we've had with the fireplace for years...and it wasn't even their job to address that! After they were finished, we had a few small issues and every issue was addressed to our satisfaction. Everyone was fabulous to work with throughout the process. I would never go anywhere else for flooring.

My countertop project involved many of the Lonnie’s Stonecrafters team members including Andy, Matt, Mark, and others. The whole team was extremely patient as we picked out colors and finishes and went back and forth about budget decisions. The team member who conducted the measuring was extremely experienced and the install team was very professional. Once the decision was made, the process worked very seamlessly.
