This review is long over due! Last month my husband and I bought our new condo and we needed floors ASAP the old flooring wasdamaged . After doing some research, We found Mikes flooring Stor online. We saw some awesome products. Visited the showroom and saw more awesome products and deals. We scheduled a in home estimate. The estimators was professional , and knowledgeable and gave us some new ideas about our flooring. The price was unbeatable! The installers were friendly and respectful , and did an awesome job installing the hardwood floors. In all honestly I thought this was going to be a hassle but It was quick and easy We love our new hardwood and so does everyone else!

Update: they saw the bad reviews online and will not reschedule the job until the posts are taken down AND we sign a waiver not to post online complaints. -- Technician was late by hours, no one bothered to even call, after eventually showing up the guy promptly left because he didn't like my tone when I pointed out that he was very late and should've called. Save yourself some grief and choose a company that cares about providing a decent service.

They installed engineered wood for my home and they did a fantastic job. The best customer services you will receive. They finished on schedule. They were very respectful of my home. The installers were excellent! And we got an awesome deal in the engineered wood. Thank you Mikes Flooring Team!

This was the best experience I have had shopping for hardwood and carpet. The staff were very helpful, I was looking for a carpet for a bedroom and hardwood in the living room and kitchen. After I checked 7 more carpet stores I realized that Mikes Carpet & Flooring has the best selection of in stock carpet and hardwood and the best price. Installation was perfect. I bought laminate flooring and installation for Mikes Flooring. Highly recommend. We appreciate the professional service and the competitive pricing.

Although the office staff and installers were nice at first, deception seems to be key to this company's operation. They inflated costs, charged me for double the required materials (including wastage), and then improperly installed the carpet (not adequately stretched so there were visible waves, installed part of it very visibly crooked and damaged part of the carpet and installed a rectangular patch to "fix" it). I was told that my reservations would be fixed with vacuuming and if not, they could fix it later, and that if I did not sign off on the work order the installers would not leave. They then refused to repair the faulty installation, reneged on their previous agreement to do so, and accused me (a physically disabled person) of improperly installing a rectangular patch in the carpet which the installers themselves acknowledged they made, and would be impossible for anyone but the installers with the tools to do so. On top of that, they advised there was no extra carpeting despite being advised by an independent carpet installer that the job performed by Mike's would only have used about half the materials I paid for, even after including extra for waste. I have since been unable to communicate with the company to resolve the issue (despite the company's acknowledgement that there were issues). Long story short, it appears this company is keen to pocket whatever they can and pounce on the opportunity to take advantage of vulnerable people wherever possible. I further note that the whole reason I had to get carpet reinstalled in my unit was because Mike's failed to properly install and stretch the original carpeting they installed in the first place, and the carpeting tore and frayed at the seams less than 1 year after purchase! Buyer beware!

We purchased carpet and laminate flooring. Very impressed with how they met our needs on install time and ordering the material. One week notice they were able to accommodate our schedule without issue. We had two crews. One for laminate and one for carpet. Both were fantastic! The service was exceptional and would highly recommended them.
