We worked with this company to design and install flooring and tile work throughout our new construction house. The design process went well. The tile installation was rather lengthy, but the poor review is due to the "lifetime" warranty we thought was included. Sure they might fix our carpet that has now buckled in every room and the grout cracks in every room, if they ever return our phone calls or move us to the top of their "list." We have called and stopped by to speak directly with managers. Nothing. This company was the biggest regret of our building process.
