I used NU FLOORS eight years ago. The sales lady was SHERRY. Back then my husband was terminally ill with cancer and we were just finishing our renovation. I was pretty emotional and explained to SHERRY we've been doing this renovation for a year and a half this is the final stage and I really wanted my husband to see it complete. This is truly amazing woman had it measured ordered and installed within a week . She explain to the supplier the situation and urgency of the project . The supplier of the blinds worked diligently with Sherry to get it rushed so my husband was able to see it finished . SECOND DEALING with Sherry from NU floors I recently adopted a dog and I didn’t realize until I got home and my blinds were shredded in my office that the my new doggie suffered from separation anxiety. I Called and was very pleased to find out if SHERRY was still working there she came out and measured ordered and installed a new set. THRID DEALING My blind was going up crooked and I tried different techniques of getting up then noticed that the string had come out of place that pulls the blind up and down. I called and was pleased that SHERRY was still there and she came out took the blind down and took it in to the manufacture to have it replaced or re-strung. She came back out within a week and a half put it back up for me. So not only is NU FLOORS an amazing company to deal with but they also deal with reputable companies that guarantee their products. I am very very pleased with this company and I would highly recommend NU FLOORS in Langley for all your renovation needs!! I know this review started with my blinds but they also did amazing job on my hardwood , on my laminate and on my tiling. We recently had our stairs finished in a Tuftex patterned carpet by Nufloors. We love the bold print and the colour we chose blends perfectly with the engineered hardwood we have throughout the home. It is an excellent stainmaster product, that is both attractive and very durable. Once we decided that this carpet was "the one", we shopped around to get the best price. Our salesperson, Cat was able to negotiate with her manager to get us the best pricing on the same product with an even better, upgraded underlay. We were a little bit nervous because we knew the large pattern would be hard to match on our curved staircase. We didn't need to worry, the installer they sent, Steve came with a wealth of experience and despite the task at hand being a complex one, he laid everything out, thought through the plan and beautifully matched the carpet almost seamlessly, with next to no wastage. With the remaining carpeting, we were able to design and have made, a matching foyer entrance mat. We are delighted with the end result and feel the carpet makes a very inviting entrance to our home. We would highly recommend NuFloors to others and will definitely use them for future projects.

The customer service we receive from Wes is second to none! The installers these guys use (Anthony) spend such a dedicated amount of time to floor prep that the end product is stunning.

As part of an insurance restoration plus renovation project, we needed flooring for our home. We visited NuFloors Langley because of its reputation for high quality service and products at competitive prices. We were greeted and assisted by Sherri. She proved to be knowledgeable in both flooring and home design. She listened very carefully to our needs and helped us to make selections which would fully meet those needs. Because we live at considerable distance from NuFloors Langley, and have a general contractor who uses his own trusted flooring installers, our dealings with NuFloors were limited to purchase and delivery only. Our deliveries to our home and to the contractor were handled professionally. A delivery error out of Nu Floors' control was dealt with promptly and professionally by Sherri. She kept us informed as needed. I would not hesitate to recommend NuFloors Langley to anyone looking for assistance with a flooring purchase.

Sherry Webb at NuFloors has proven to be a great resource person for selecting and coordinating flooring as well as having a great eye for design. She always has options for various price ranges and has the client's best interest at heart. We've been very satisfied with the installation and finished product.
