Performers Flooring and Design Gallery

Unfortunately, our experience with Performers Flooring & Design Gallery has become extremely disappointing. We paid a $5,877.50 deposit for a flooring project that was later postponed while a separate legal matter involving our existing flooring was being resolved. When we eventually requested the return of our deposit, we made repeated attempts to obtain a response, including written requests in June, July, and August 2026. We were ultimately sent a check for only $1,142.50, with $4,735.00 deducted for alleged material purchases, annual replacement of finishes due to shelf life, and an $850 inspection charge. We dispute these deductions because, as of the date of this review, we have not been provided with signed contractual language authorizing them, written approvals showing that we agreed to these purchases or replacement charges, supplier invoices, receipts, proof of payment, or adequate documentation explaining what happened to the materials. We previously trusted this company, maintained a positive relationship with its owner, and referred multiple clients to them. The lack of communication and the manner in which this refund has been handled are unacceptable. The matter has now been referred to legal counsel. I will update this review if Performers provides the requested documentation and resolves the dispute fairly.

Performers Flooring & Design Gallery are the best! My hardwood floors were damaged and I needed a reputable company. Performers came with reasonable quotes. They explained in detail the expected and performed an outstanding and phenomenal job. Donnie is the General Manager and he is SUPER AMAZING! Donnie has ensured that the job was completed in a timely fashion,. The work areas were cleaned after the jobs and my home was respected. All of my hardwood floors are perfect now, without any imperfections. This company has a great sense of Integrity, Respect, Pride, and Professionalism. THANK YOU PERFORMER'S FLOORING!!!!

The work they completed was done well, however, when they lost my keys in the mail, they completely stopped responding to me. Unprofessional to say the least. I'd be concerned about how they would handle a larger problem if their normal course of business is to ignore customers when issues are raised.

Performers fixed my tile floor which was not properly installed originally. It looks great, and they had to do a lot of work to get it right.. I appreciate the extra effort, and I am so happy my floor is finally done right!

Buying a house in a new state and knowing there are deficiencies to be addressed is a difficult problem. My husband and I were fortunate enough to have Performers recommended to us for our remodeling and flooring projects in 2019. Thank you to the entire crew who worked on our project. They did an excellent job with terrific workmanship. We were very lucky to find a group that could perform all around construction and have beautiful finish work. At times the remodeling presented unexpected problems. Importantly the surprises were all solved expeditiously and things kept moving. Always with consultation and never was there any panic. This Spring we plan to once again work with Performers, working on and updating our daughter and her husband's house. Working with Jerry Hresil one of their project superintendents and crew of tradespeople, we know this new adventure will be a quality project. First, I am an extremely picky person (my husband always tell me my expectations are too high). Performers installed 800 square feet of solid white oak flooring and did an exceptional job. The installers were great and were very careful not to damage anything. Stan created a beautiful finish that couldn't be more perfect. I would use this company for all my flooring needs.

We are so happy with our entire process working with Performance Flooring from beginning to end. They made refinishing ALL of our flooring as easy as possible for us, and the actual floor turned out perfect. Lexi and John came over, along with a job-site guy to check out the situation and give an estimate. We loved the way they figured out exactly what kind of wood we have, and gave their advice on what we should do balancing cost and the best look of the final product. We thought our floor may have to be ripped out and they assured us that they would turn out beautiful just refinishing them, which was actually the less costly option. We trusted them and we are so happy we did because we love the results. We appreciated the way the lead guy on our project was patient as we chose our stain color, and he mixed many different combinations on our floor for us to choose. Making the decisions on finishes was conversational in the entire process and we didn’t feel pressured at all. We went with a light brown/grey color with a matte finish which we highly recommend! All said and done, the process was flawless, easy, incredibly nice people to deal with, and beautiful finished product.

I am over the moon, ridiculously impressed with my new carpet and the installation!! Performers Flooring & Design on Army Trail Road has the biggest selection I have ever seen in my life! The sales people are incredible and my installation today was absolutely amazing! I couldn’t be happier! If you are looking for any kind of flooring, do yourself a favor a just go to them first! Kevin was a great help to us in selecting a backsplash for our new kitchen. The installers were on time and did a great job.

We recently had a home built and our builder referred us to Performer’s Flooring for our tile, carpet, and hardwood floors. We met with John directly and he was able to meet us at a time that was convenient for us. The showroom was amazing and had some really unique styles not seen elsewhere. The displays made it easy to envision what the tile would look like when installed. John knew the selections that were included in our builder package and had them ready for us to look at when we arrived. He spent time listening to our ideas for upgrades and was able to help us find what we were looking for within our budget. We were quite pleased to leave there with some nice upgrades and finishing touches that really have given our home the look we were hoping for. John met with us during our preliminary walk thru in sub-zero weather making sure everything we selected would go according to plan. The installation was perfect. Our tile and carpet have no flaws and our hardwood is beautiful and durable. We have now moved on to the backsplash for our kitchen and have never entertained the thought of going elsewhere. John came out to take measurements and even took photos of our kitchen. When we returned to the showroom he had suggestions for the perfect tile and knew exactly what would complement our kitchen. We have no reservations about recommending Performer’s Flooring to anyone. We had a fantastic experience with them and found John true to his word in every interaction. The products, professional installation, and John’s suggestions have helped to make our home truly exceptional.

We hired Perfomers Flooring when we bought our house for carpet and hardwood flooring. The selection they have and the showroom are very nice. The staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable helping us selecting the right products for us. Delivery and installation was on time and quick. I have recommended this place to others already several times.

Horrible customer service!!! Ed (sales person) ordered what he liked not what I specifically asked for and was unaware until the 1st time the installers came out. It took months to get the flooring installed the first time, after calling the scheduler for everyday for 3 weeks (twice a day) I was able to get the installers to come out. Then I had to constantly call the highest manager for help getting the correct items, which took a few more weeks to get the scheduler to have the installers come back out. Whole process took 6 MONTHS!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$$!
