These guys are great. (1) Got a emergency appointment on Sunday when I called on Saturday. 92) Price is great and service is great. (3) John is the most warm and courteous person ever! Some times when you deal with "local business" you might run into some uneven services, John is the best! (4) They call me 30 mins before arrival to confirm, and then call again to check back n any complaints. Exceptional.

During the Hurricane Irma, we lost power. After Irma passed, we tried to open the garage door on the manual mode and found out one spring was broken, and could not lift the garage door. We thought it might work after we got power back. But it still did not work. Mr. Griffin was the first responder (almost in a minute) to my request and sent John on the same day. John did a fabulous job in replacing the broken springs and cables and rollers. The garage door works perfectly after the repair. Thanks a lot John.
