Stop looking, these guys are the best. On a Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. I called them for a problem with our garage door at our rental property. They said they would be there at 10:30. By noon it was fixed and much less than I expected. Then they took the time to tell me exactly what they did and what to do to prevent it in the future. This company is going to have my business for years to come.

One day we were heading out and we forgot to physically unlock the thing and our door came off, cable came off. It wouldn't close. We tried to fix it but I figured the spring needed to be redone so we called few companies. First one was the guys who installed our door and they wanted to charge us 200 bucks an hr since it was weekend LMAO* who does not work on weekend???? When you do home repairs????* Obv we didn't go with them they said minimum 600. Then I called 911 Garage Door and Gates Repair. The girl was friendly but she told me there was 50 dollar service fee to come out to check it out. Then they will only charge by parts. I told her there are no parts we just need to re do wire and re hock the door it came off track. She told me it could be 80-399 bucks. That is the board range. So I told my husband maybe we should wait, she heard us and waived the 50 bucks fee for us. The best part is they can come over next morning lol... 5 star rating, the technician came was super friendly and professional. The repair went smoothly and perfectly. Thanks 911 Garage Door. No worries at all.
