West Coast did eLectrical work to update lights in kitchen and bathrooms, drywall repair and painting and designed and installed built in bookcases Everything was done as scheduled and we were very happy with the professionalism and completed work

Our bath remodel was a complete nightmare. Most of the work had to re-done second time. Lack of skilled workers. Very poor commmuication w owners. A 60 day job took over 8 months to complete. Could never recommend this co.

A friend told us about West Coast Cabinet as a company he trusted & did a very nice job. The workers were very courteous & willing to correct anything I felt needed redone. They did the punch list in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with the professional & concerned way everything was handled & would tell everyone to give them a call if they needed work done in their home.

Very poor communication and accessibility. Does not strive to resolve issues reasonably. very disappointed. It was like pulling teeth to get a response. Expects full payment before completion and satisfaction of job.

I hired West Coast to remodel my kitchen based on neighbors' experiences and recommendations. Carrie Payne, the owner, was very easy to work with, very patient, and extremely knowledgeable with many years experience. The first estimate for my remodel was more than I wanted to spend based on the market value of the house and she was very adept at offering money-saving options for me. Her company does not sub out their work--they have their own employees, most of whom have been with them many years and are very experienced, knowledgeable and take great pride in doing everything RIGHT!! They were diligent in cleaning up after themselves also. I was very impressed with all of them. Any little concerns I had with the job were quickly seen to in a very pleasant manner. I was extremely happy with the outcome and highly recommend the company.

Very happy with the projects West Coast has done for us! We would highly recommend them. They were able to provide us with all we needed to make our dream home a reality.

West Coast provided cabinets and marble/granite for a master and guest bath remodel of my condo. Oops! the GB vanity arrives late...the granite counter top is on time, but oops! it is the wrong granite! When it is finally installed weeks later, it has a nice rusty "beauty mark" right in the middle! When West Coast is installing the marble in the MB, I notice the sinks about to be installed have been taken from a previous install (OOPS!!, WC not sure how those sinks got to my job sight, but new sinks will be sent out). New sinks are installed later, but they have a very strong yellow cast to them that looks terrible with the marble. WC would not even come out to look at how bad it looked! "Our suppliers invoice says Bisque sinks so we have fulfilled the contract." Finally, as a courtesy to me, they were going to switch them out for bisque sinks I was able to get (WC only has yellow bisque and white) and reimburse me $90 for the returned sinks. Oops!...no...a few weeks later I get an email saying I have to make full payment for the job before they will switch out the sinks. Three months later, when I return to Florida (after emails from WC threatening to place a lien on my home), I give in and pay in full. They replace the sinks and then refuse to give me the promised $90 because I took 3 months to pay them! They fulfilled the contract because all the OOPSes were taken care of ....(The rusty mark by me The one star is for Ben who was ready to set up a time on May 30 or June 1 to make the switch and end this ridiculous situation before he was overruled..

My wife and I have recently completed two large renovation projects with West Coast. One was for the complete remodeling (gutting and reconstructing) of an gulf front Sanibel condo. I have nothing but good things to say about the owners and their workpeople. All went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. The workmanship is excellent and the people care about getting it right. Since the renovations they have stood by their work when minor problems have come up. For our next project I intend to use them again. I'm confident they will perform as they have in the past and that takes a lot of pressure off us worrying about how things will turn out. I sincerely recommend them to for any or all types of construction/renovation projects.
